@ProfDanielMuijs 3. This cannot go on much longer as the system will come tumbling down. There is no support or understanding of the impact on schools. Where are you? @NAHTnews @ASCL_UK @NEUnion @NASUWT

@ProfDanielMuijs 2. Add in the resumption of inspections when schools are still dealing with Covid issues and when school staff are on their knees and you have a system at breaking point with little recognition about what schools have faced and how it has impacted on curriculum development.

@MrNickHart @Headteacherchat @HeadsUp4HTs @MichaelT1979 Yes. Worked well. Parents booked a 10 minute slot via our usual booking software. Individual link sent out for each class for the evening. Parents admitted from the lobby when it was their appointment time. We stressed the need to stick to time. Will look in to MS bookings.

Mulling over our appraisal procedures this year. Given all that is going on, the review of last year's targets was very light touch and realistic and this years include a whole school wellbeing objective. Then I see some schools operating as normal. Was I wrong? @Headteacherchat
