Before October 7, I believed a lot of negative things about Israel because I’ve gotten all my news about their conflict from loaded sources like these. So I did the responsible thing. I took time to read the history. Was this progressive storyline of noble Palestinians standing up to Israeli aggression true? Were the maps I saw about disappearing Palestine factual? Little of it was true. Every part of the conflict is deliberately framed in a misleading way. In a lot of ways, Israel / Palestine history is complicated. But it’s also not complicated. There are 400 million Muslims in the region and one of the main political projects that unites them is trying to destroy the country with 7 million Jews.

Google is poised to acquire an Israeli cyber startup known as Wiz for $23 billion. Google’s largest acquisition in history is not only a vote of confidence in Israel. It is a $23 billion middle finger to the BDS movement against the Jewish State. The Boycott, Divestment, and Sanction movement should itself be boycotted, divested, and sanctioned.

When Palestinian civilians k!ll and kidnap Israelis, when Palestinian civilians keep hostages in their homes, when Palestinian civilians guard those hostages and sh00t at IDF soldiers who come to take the hostages back, when Palestinian civilians surround the hostages with other Palestinian civilians to use as human body shields — they expect to experience casualties in the process. Not just expect, but count on, so that those casualties could be used in a propaganda war of their own making. You can’t claim it’s someone else’s fault when the chips fall exactly as you place them to fall — and yet Palestinian propagandists do, every single day. I’m hearing there were casualties when Israel came in to rescue their hostages. Israeli forces were fired upon throughout the operation. They fired back. Now the Palestinians who set up the scenario to work out exactly in this manner are crying victim and posting videos laying out bodies in rows, as they always do for a propaganda photoshoot. And now the propaganda war is heating up again. And all the while … FAFO.

On October 7, Ellay Golan, her husband Ariel, and their 18-month-old daughter Yael huddled in the bomb shelter of their home in Kfar Aza as Hamas terrorists ravaged the community. Somehow, they managed to hold the bomb shelter door shut as terrorists tried to break in, so the terrorists set fire to the house, hoping to smoke the family out. Ellay, Ariel, and Yael stayed in the shelter as long as they could until they began to suffocate from the smoke. They managed to escape the house, Ellay and Ariel shielding Yael with their bodies as they fled through the flames. They hid in a tractor on the kibbutz for several hours. Finally, they were able to reach a group of soldiers at the entrance of the kibbutz, who took them by helicopter to Sheba Medical Center. Only after Ellay gave the first responders instructions to care for her baby did she lose consciousness. Ellay suffered burns on 60% of her body and was in a coma for two months due to the damage to her lungs from smoke inhalation. The doctors didn't expect her to survive. Ariel suffered burns over 40% of his body, and Yael 30%. Thanks to the incredible treatment they received at Sheba, and in part due to an Israeli-invented burn treatment called NexoBrid, Ellay, Ariel, and Yael have made a tremendous recovery. Last week, with her hands still bandaged from the burns, Ellay received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Ben-Gurion University. Mazel tov, Ellay, and may you make a complete recovery soon!

Who is this guy? I think I love him. How refreshing is it to see someone with total moral clarity combined with actual knowledge of history? Amazing.

I am a Palestinian from the West Bank. I grew up not only hating Israel but also working towards the day I would become a weapon forged against her. My hatred was for Jews, as is with most Palestinians. Don’t let anyone fool you when they lie & say, “It’s about Zionism.” It has always been & will forever be hatred of the Jews. However, remember this, Just like myself & few others have been spared from this evil hatred & have come to love Jews for the wonder they are, others can be saved too. Remember While the heart still beats, there’s hope.
