根據Defense Connect的報導，波音在柏林航空展上宣布要將MQ-28的主翼增大25%，使得最大起飛重從10000磅增大到12000磅。酬載增加了2000磅，達到4500磅。目前它可以內掛2枚AIM-120中程空對空飛彈與4枚小直徑炸彈。
