NBC News confirms: Judge Beryl Howell has ruled the special counsel's office presented sufficient evidence to establish that Trump committed a crime through his attorneys, leading her to rule in favor of invoking the "crime fraud" exception to Trump's attorney client-privilege.
@kylegriffin1 My pillow commercials have higher ratings than you
@kylegriffin1 That wasn't exactly the ruling. Prima facie just means that disregarding all contrary evidence, could the allegations made, if true, meet the elements of a crime or fraud. Its an evidentiary privilege analysis, not some kind of factual finding. Good try though.
@kylegriffin1 Me getting ready for the Trump indictment live....
@kylegriffin1 Wasn’t this the news from the other day or is this something different?
@kylegriffin1 @joncoopertweets YESSSS!!! COUNTDOWN HAS BEGUN!!! @realDonaldTrump hehehe times a ticking. That orange suit will go with your hair. 🤣 Bracelet will be steel sorry no gold ones.
@kylegriffin1 This shows intent, which guarantees Trump is getting convicted. The better question might be what other crimes we discover when we hear the meetings his attorney recorded.
