投手にオススメのウォールドリル 前足股関節から腕を振る為に 途中にある関節や機能をフル活動させる リリースに全身の力を凝縮 ◯投げ手で押す ◯グラブ肘で太もも押す(タオル引っ張っても取れないように) ◯前足母趾球で地面押す 身体の状態に応じてグラブ肘をもう少し股関節に近づけても🆗
捻転差ってある程度効率の良い角度が決まってるんだけど正確に計測するのって難しかったりする そんな時岩松は 『前足着いた時に利き手の乳首が右ならショート、左ならセカンドに向いた状態作ろう』 と声掛けする 闇雲に向ければ良いわけでないけれど これをきっかけに改善することは多い

重心のコントロールと並進初期(ヒンジ)→並進後期をじっくり確かめながら構築するドリル 後ろ足側のヒンジでタオル挟む(引っ張っても抜けないくらい) ↓ そのまま並進 楽に進める位置(=重心位置適切)を探す ↓ 並進後期へ 三つ目の動画は重心位置をミスって後ろに倒れてしまった時
前足の動きは骨盤→背骨と伝って来るんだけど これを投げ手に繋げる事が出来るかが大事だよと説明してるシーン 重要となるのが 肩甲骨の位置 重心の位置 首の使い方 これらをまとめて解消するのが胸郭の雑巾絞りだったりする とりあえず動画内の動き真似してみて🤗
並進運動がイマイチな時にやりたいドリル4種 とりあえず見よう見まねでやってみて❗ 並進運動で重要な 股関節 お尻 内転筋 脇腹 に刺激が入ります😃

後ろ足(いわゆる軸足)の使い方に悩む選手は多い 岩松も指導者始めたての頃は感覚的な部分に頼った指導ばかりでうまくいかなかった そこでシンプルに3つの段階に分けたところ現場での理解度が格段に上がった 動作が判ればあとは関与する筋肉を使える様にすれば良い そうです、ゆるドリルです笑

トレーニング動画載せておきます アップなどに使ってください 片脚スクワットは筋力ではなく関節の位置関係が大切！ 開脚は2/25、26に北海道で開催される岩松さんのセミナーに出れば大丈夫！ 鼠径部ストレッチは投手は必須メニュー！ 後転は背骨と小脳と三半規管への刺激！
腸腰筋を足先まで繋げるドリル 前足はなるべく遠くを通してから着地 後ろ足の膝が内に入るとキレイな弧が描けない しっかり決まると前足の爪先は痛くないし 後ろ足で地面を掴むような感覚になる 腕、脚、お腹全てが機能して初めて出来る
なんか最近腸腰筋の使い方を聞かれるDMが良く来るんだけど 岩松が腸腰筋を使えるようにする時に大事だと思っているのが足裏と足の指が『繋がっているのかどうか』 詳しくは文字数の関係で書けないから 動画にしてみました 使えてる(1つ目、3つ目) 使えてない(2つ目、4つ目) 参考までにどうぞ
