Curveball… So it turns out I have a new primary bc. It’s HER2+ (original bc is Er+). This could be why my liver hasn’t been responding to treatment, because it’s a different type. This could open up new lines of treatment. 🤞🏻 When did a cancer diagnosis become good news?! 😮🤞🏻
@kate_rackham Praying you respond well. My daughter has triple pos (diagnosed 2 yrs ago at age 29). She was on Herceptin for HER positive ca, then they changed it to TDM1 (Kadcyla). There are so many new treatments. You remain in my prayers🙏❤️🇨🇦
@kate_rackham In the world of cancer, up is down, right is wrong. It's a topsy-turvy existence
@kate_rackham Sending prayers this can help with treatment plans ❤️
@kate_rackham Blimey that protein is full of disulfide bonds. Do they know what treatment they are going to try? uniprot.org/uniprotkb/P046…
@kate_rackham Crazy cancer! My liver is hormone negative. Bones are hormone positive. New lesions in spleen and omentum developed on chemo so they are likely hormone positive🤦🏼♀️. Now on chemo and hormone treatment.
