Let’s go girls! The girls of Handforth Grange loved joining in with schools all around the UK today for #LetGirlsPlay Over 100 girls enjoying football for International Women’s Day!
Another amazing early evening of football at our community cup competition. 14 local schools Over 140 year 5 & 6 Girls on our pitch and the football was 1st class. Well done girls
Tonight was the last football training session for our year 6 girls. What a fabulous team they have been. A very fitting send off from their team mates! ⚽️

And that’s it for another term of community cup. We finally got the year 3/4 Girls at the stadium this evening after the snow 4 weeks ago. And what a competition we had…. Finished off with a tightly contested final which was won by @MarlboroughTyth on pens vs @HandforthGrange 💙
⚽️ Well done to the Year 5/6 Girls football team! MFC Community Trust Community cup winners!! They were phenomenal: won 4 and drew 1. Finally, winning on penalties in the final! What an absolutely amazing team ⚽️
