@hamishogilvy Project leads provide an update at the end of the week to share status on what they achieved during the week. Blockers and deliverables are shared. There needs to be accountability.

@hamishogilvy Planning meetings are 30mins and focused on defining discrete achievable outcomes for the work to be delivered. We do not story point, we just focus on outcomes. Keep the team focused and don't waste time on scrum theatre!
