@EzTexMex @TwitchSupport Yeah... I absolutely hate it. And those who use the cheer system think they're giving the whole amount to the streamer. It's so much worse.

I am so upset about the new cheer system. I opted out last time. And it got added anyways! It's so deceptive. It says the person gives you $50, but you only get $39 after fees. It feels deceptive to the viewers who want to support. It ruins my bit cheer alerts. @TwitchSupport

@EYFondo Yeah it was really weird. Wasn't able to call the company until evening. And then they said the problem was state wide and the entire state had no service for the few hours!
