So much misinformation is being spread about the OpenGL -> Vulkan Minecraft update. The VulkanMod is not just "Minecraft but with Vulkan." It's Minecraft with Vulkan PLUS their own set of optimisations, designed to replace sodium. Do not expect huge performance gains!
