I may have a restrictive ed but I will always look forward to waking up to my breakfast every morning .

I’m literally here reading studies on the heart and anorexia lmao I am sure I am fine after reading what these studies say
my resting heart rate is still around the low 60s, it barely ever dips below 50 at night, my ECGs are perfect, and the only issue was it jumping 34 beats lying to standing there is really no cause for concern here
yeah well maybe I do want my heart to stop overnight because it didn’t even when I was bmi 13.2 so maybe I can just finally die and get this over with now I can never recover

my mum just found all the ensure in my drink bottle how the fuck is she so onto things…so I just went full blown rage and said you can’t make me fucking drink it and I’m not going to die from not drinking ensure, I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and I’m bmi 16s for fuck’s sake
my mum was watching me like a hawk and my sister was in the bathroom so I took my 1L drink bottle into my room and poured my ensure into that as a last resort😃😃
