Counting calories is an eating disorder. There are skinny people who eat 10,000 calories of just fruit every day. There are fat people who eat just 2,000 calories of synthetic chemicals everyday. There is no such thing as calories in calories out. Stop counting calories and eat real food!

@lcnutt92 It’s very easy! I used to do I all of the time when I was fruitarian 1 large coconut is 2,000 calories 5 avocados is 1,200 calories 1 durian (6 pounds) is 4,000 calories 3 pounds of grapes is 1,000 calories 1 large sour sop is 600 calories 3 pounds of bananas is 1,200 calories

@MxUnexplained @lcnutt92 Unfortunately I was a fruitarian eating nothing but imported fruits here in the US. I have learned a lot since then. (My profile picture was done when I had ate nothing but fruit for 3 months)
