@crosstown_line This would actually make more a sense as a separate line. Starting in Fort Lee, or further west in NJ to pick up drivers, and extending thru 125th, over Randalls island and along the GCP to LaGuardia b4 ending at Citi Field. Yah gotta believe!

@anup_malani It has to do with status. Getting the mug from the teacher, even if the student knows it's random, differentiates themselves from the others. Since everyone has cash and the price of the mug is nominal, it's better to have the mug.

@mandate2049 The NYC subway is dirty but that's part of it's charm. China might have new infrastructure, let's see what they look like in 100 years. No Chinese city has Greenwich Village, Brooklyn bridge, central park.

@JacobAShell Has there been any improvement in k-12? With all the millennials you'd think there would be a few new schools that cater to them. But my feeling is it's largely the same as 20-30 years ago.
