Anthropic just cut its internal evals off the live internet. reason: the agents were submitting forms, filing tips, and hitting sites they were not supposed to touch. the model is not the hard part anymore. the harness is. if an agent can fill a form, it can fill the wrong form. what is the one action you would never let an agent take on your product?
