Tibo said something about the future of jobs that stuck with me. "you're not working for the machine. the machine is working for you. it will be a renaissance." He said what used to be coding is now building. jobs haven't disappeared they've evolved. and for the first time, you can build things you never had the budget or team to build before. He still writes code on weekends. not for work. just therapeutically. His girlfriend works in banking. she's not allowed to use ai. his reaction "where are you living in?" Half the world is shipping with ai. the other half still has policies banning it. that gap won't last long.
