@BillKristol Politicians follow Constitution? Other than Clinton didn’t do with war since WW2 & War Powers Act 1973. Lawyers always use confusing language, ideology 2 interpret Constitution. Half don’t even think it’s relevant today unless it fits their agenda, e.g. Roe v Wade.
