@OPP_COMM_WR @OPP_WR I was wondering how long before that area closed. Lots of blowing deep snow in many areas, but that spot was pure solid ice last night and this morning. @SCCChiefJustice @401_da_sarpanch @OPP_News According to the OPP, because it’s an Ontario service centre along the 400 series highway with no exit ramps to get on or off said highway, the ONRoutes are considered part of the highway and subject to fines. It’s not considered private property.
