Ugg the marijuana laws changed today so I can not buy THC gummies for my mom where I was previously getting them. I don't know what to do for her she is in pain. I don't want to have to drive to Treasure Island Casino to get THC the indians make enough money without me.

I lifted weights today up to 5 sets of 5 at 115 pounds on bench press. I think next time I do bench press I am going to shoot for 145 pound on it. The last couple times I hit up 135 pounds it worked. I could not press 135 pounds in December last year. #GainMuscle #Strength

I took Tylenol it helped my broken tooth. I need to call the dentist tomorrow and see if I can get in. I am going to cancel anything else going on like volunteering if I can see the dentist.

Hi I am posting about exercise routine and well being. I need to focus my day 3 routine for therapy. I think for bonus I can do arm curls I have not been doing them. Real heavy ones like 100 pound range kills my left shoulder on preacher curl. #Macho #Therapy #FatLoss

I am at home cooking vegetables and I also made skillet helper with beans and rice mixed plus added sausage. I got aches and pains today my dumb tooth broke last night so I am a dumb dork. I will type back to you later tomorrow is bath day.

I got my teeth fixed today I did good in the chair. I am making gains feeling better about life since I started my strength training program. Tomorrow will be day 4 at the gym for me this week. I need to keep track of my exercises to help my macho and to develop my whole body.

I was at the gym for 50 minutes today and did free weights at 2 and a half pounds, 5 pounds, 10 pounds and 25 pounds. I got my whey in me and feel like I should jack it up. All the young ladies want to add me on for macho and romance.

Mom cooked today it went good we made cashew chicken and some other stuff too. We should be good for awhile I am going to let my mom eat the cashew chicken. It is too salty for me I think too much salt annoys me I would not cook like that if I were cooking alone for myself.

I am twerked out thinking I want to bench press 10 sets of 10 at 100 pounds. My karate teacher always was obsessesed with form. My new strength coach is the same way and I am keeping good tracking in my diary. I wish I had kept a karate diary when I trained at the dojo.

I made it to the gym I felt tippy at 135 pound dead lift. I also felt like I was going to drop the bar on my second set of 10 on 135 pound dead lift. I was in the gym for a hour by myself and also did my new exercise 50 times each side with 5 pound free weights.

I maxed out at 115 pound bench press today with 3 sets of 5. I did not go up to 135 pounds maybe I could press 155 pounds if I am at macho level. One hundred fifty pounds sounds happy to me it is my next strength goal on the Smith Rack. I love the safety gear at the gym.

I thought I was going to slip at 155 pound dead lift today on to my knee. Maybe I should just work at that weight for awhile I feel like I am giving strength training a honest go at it to fight insulin and diabetes. Like I said before I'm only in competition with myself.

We are also eating catfish today it will be good. We have a good amount of frozen ground pork and beef. I have at least 6 cans of Spam, and 3 dozen eggs. I manage the kitchen good eveything I have been making has #Cilantro in it, even my #Carrots

Last time I tried to bench press at 135 pounds I couldn't do it but I did it 3 times today. I figure when I get up to 150 pound that will be my next goal just to do it from zero and get macho. I am going to have a whey shake and want you to pray for me so I can get ahead.

My friend dorked up her ankle running recently. I don't know how far down the road she was when the injury happened. She averages 150 miles a month on average with marathon training in Minnesota. I hope I can lose more obesity so I can be light footed on the Nordic Track
