@RahneAlexander The billboards appeared at the same time I was reading Black River Orchard by Chuck Wendig; townspeople are magically transformed & form a demonic cult by eating a new apple being grown locally. Soooo. Yeah. I uh haven’t bought one quite yet.

@adoseofjohn I was all reared up to try to get Americans on board with using the term fortnight for every two weeks - I mean, it sounds fancy AF IMHO. but then that video game came out & squashed my dream. So now I just ask ppl how many times a friggin month is it happening?

@Olive31312 @emilyopilo Wow - that’s really disheartening. ppl should be able to vote without issue. the city shouldn’t be plagued by continuous Election Day issues. I kind of wonder if the margins in some races would be different if ppl were able to vote.

That’s an interesting way to say he’s walking the path to the rainbow bridge. Hopefully I’m wrong. He’s a sweet presence at the store - can’t mix paint worth shit, and sleeps all day - but he’s a great employee.
