@wlargou Utilities are identified based on things like how much state, proportion of static methods/fields, etc. Placement depends on each utility class and M2M helps with this. Separate service, include in other service, or library are all options.
You can use mono2micro to refactor your monolith to microservices. The latest release helps identify and handle utility classes - community.ibm.com/community/user…
