Meanwhile, Trump vomited up a half-assed Truth Social post about Parton's death and then later claimed that she "really liked" him, which seems exceedingly unlikely since Parton was a devout Christian in the real sense of the word. She wasn't a fascist Evangelical who used her religion as a cudgel to attack minorities. She was a follower of the teachings of Jesus Christ who called for her fellow Americans to love and respect the LGBTQ community. She will be deeply missed.
