@shaurizard I've met Chinese citizens from at least half the cities of Tier-1, New Tier-1, Tier-2 cities and from every province. The experience is different than interacting with Indians. The education and especially the culture, makes a big difference.

@JFPuget It depends on whose talking about it, r/buyfromeu people usually clarify the difference, or someone points it out in the comments if it isn't mentioned. Apart from that I've only seen Louis Rossman talk about it where he also clarifies between 1.0 and 2.0.
