This is why I love shity biotechs like $OTLK . It always came back to give you opportunities reload. Huge range, huge volume.
Historically $OTLK had been consistently valued around $250m-300m. Given recent dilution and warrants and future offering, 120M float + 60M warrants+future offering, $1 target is achievable in the near term
