@CapStack_ In this instance Mr Blatt used the corporate vehicle BRIDGE SFR LOANS, LLC and his victims were a group of Australian pensioners unfortunate enough to invest in US real estate.

@CapStackIB I was the victim of one of David Blatt's opportunistic acquisitions in Memphis which resulted in the loss of the main asset in my retirement fund. The property was not actually 'distressed' and litigation to recover it continues. Similar litigation is on foot in other states.
