@JackAChew Fair point and good to know other peoples opinion and view point on this. Have been known to ‘encourage’ not ‘enforce’ group participation in a bit of movement/ stretching back in the day, not at a conference but on NHS Trust induction situation ☺️🤦🏼♀️😉
