@CrateandBarrel every single plate and bowl I ordered (24!) arrived broken. It seems your carrier @FedEx really wanted to make sure everything arrived damaged. I have requested a refund, but how can I have any confidence that any future orders will arrive undamaged?

@BWI_Airport Your bus services to daily parking is terrible. Waited for 40 minutes to see every parking lot bus arrive and depart, yet none for daily parking. What is the point of paying a premium when you don’t even service it with buses at equivalent frequency as other lots.
