@OpenreachHelp The job keeps getting closed off by openreach. Work was actioned but nothing has been sorted. We have phoned the provider. Still waiting for the problem to be solved

@OpenreachHelp we had a temporary repair done to our phone line 2 years ago. Despite engineers saying they would sort it nobody has. No one interested. Please advise.
