Just because you are not familiar with his game don't shit on the pick. Do your homework. He is an all-conference player, who plays with a means streak that is technically sound. He has the foundational tools to be a high-level player. Drafted where he should. #RaidersNation

1st reach of the Draft. Telesco must of had to Piss and let someone else take this one.

Glaze thought he might go in the third or fourth round, and that "his position versatility could easily jump him up." Overcame two knee injuries in high school and is excited to reunite with Jakorian Bennett. He's only heard good things and enjoyed his meetings with the Raiders.

No surprise the @Raiders took a right tackle candidate in Maryland's Delmar Glaze. A big run on that position over the first two rounds may have pushed him higher than most projected.

Finally, a reach for need ... Maryland T DJ Glaze is 6-foot-4, 315 pounds with great feet but needs to get stronger and polish up some stuff. Some scouts thought he would move to guard, but Raiders list him as a tackle. Our Dane Brugler had him at No. 132 on his big board.

I remember us drafting Jared Veldheer in the 3rd n I thought that was a major reach, he turned out ok when he was with us, but I dunno..We got solid depth on Oline

Watching Delmar Glaze's tape right now, he's pretty solid. Definitely a guy who can start at Right Tackle. Will report back after I watch all the snaps.
