He’s certainly not thinking about grounding, negative ions, or the magnesium content of seawater
I love the sea but find myself standing on the shore, feet in the water thinking of these things more often than I’d like. The antidote is to throw yourself into and underneath the cold waves. Submerged in the senses.

@e_cdalton Problem is actively thinking about it in rational/neurotic ways. I think we all "know" this deep inside without noticing it. Dogs are free of the "burden" and we can be free as well, at least momentarily if we learn to get lost in the moment.
