One key to clearing your head, is to tackle the things you are avoiding. That stuff that sits in your head, day-after-day, unaddressed is more of an energy suck than most people realize. Run into that stuff, clear it, and you'll be shocked how much of a punch you get back.

@drgurner It's a vicious cycle that perpetuates itself. They see how much they haven't done. Then, they dwell on it which takes away energy they could apply to reducing the pile. Then, they see the growing pile and less energy as proof they aren't capable. They give up.

@drgurner I like to make a list of all the things I need to do, identify which thing I want to do least, and then cross everything else off the list and do nothing else until that one thing is done
