I’d be lying if I said I knew anything about the guy they just took but Boyd, Mahogany, Limmer were all there. Thought the right idea was to add some beef there
Miami has had a great day 3. This is their best draft in a long time
Really like the Kamara pick. Very good pass rusher. I’d have probably gone for the G, but I like the pick
Miami missed a chance to get a QB with starter traits. I would have moved up and gotten him. Price would have been negligible
If Miami wants to show me something right now, package some of the leftover picks today to move up and get Rattler. Be the #3 guy this year and take over as a 2 next year

Watching over 100 players go off the board between their picks should tell Miami to stop trading these 2nd and early 3rd day picks. This is where good teams find depth and cheap starters

If Miami had traded with Detroit in the 1st, they likely land Chop at 29 and would have pick 73 which wound up being Beebe. Trading down should always be the focus on a team with several needs and a low amount of picks

@dolphinator13 You end up with out draft picks and paying a past his prime Chubb a ridiculous and crippling amount of money because you are in salary cap hell for not having cheap talent via draft picks. The only saving grace is Chubb was a known commodity.

Stick him behind Armstead and let him learn. He needs to learn at LT. The training & developing needs to be VERY focused on 1 spot. Plug him there and let him develop. Don’t bounce him all over the OL. He’s 6’8. He’s played LT his entire life. This is pretty simple.
