Zanima me zbog čega? Šta kaže psihologija? Da li su to projekcije sopstvenih nesigurnosti/internih strahova? U svakom slučaju, zanimljiva društvena pojava.
Nekako mi je to bio ključ za lični i profesionalni razvoj. Sa druge strane, primećujem pojavu gde neka grupa ljudi prosto ne može da izadje na kraj u tim situacijama gde je neko bolji od njih u tome što rade, bukvalno bacaju drvlje i kamenje na te ljude.
Vrlo rano, na samom početku karijere, shvatio sam da od svake osobe(možda čak i bića) na ovom svetu možeš nešto da naučiš. Posebno u slučaju kada se u tvom poslovnom okruženju pojave osobe koje to što ti radiš, rade bolje od tebe. 🧵
