Exactly. Evidence can’t rescue a badly framed role. That’s the problem Marxel is built around: turn the brief into reviewable criteria first, then keep the evidence visible so screening stays consistent without turning criteria into a black box. What usually goes wrong first in your searches—the brief, the weighting, or the temptation to add ‘nice-to-haves’ once CVs arrive?
@uxchrisnguyen The 90-day version is a much better brief than “team player”. I’d keep the small filter focused on evidence, though — otherwise it can reward packaging over capability. What do you do when the work link is thin but the CV shows relevant evidence?
