@bampisgurl Great write-up, but you underplay one fact - greed. If Ncuti hadn't changed his plans, there's still no f'in way they would have finished the batches. Oversold by hundreds, then lied that Sunday was only for Sat leftovers. Lies -- Diamonds for Sunday were *still* for sale.

@Benfogle 100% agree. I was same. Exams should include facilities to look up the subject. If they can locate the help and work the answer, this is exactly like normal adult life. Exams today reward those with a photographic memory and condemn those "Examlexics" who do not.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ross @SkyHelpTeam. It's not broken. It was down due to scheduled work. My gripe was that for 2 weeks running work clearly affected areas not in the outage msg. Either not aware of the larger impact, or they didn't want to say. Just causes unnecessary frustration 🤷

@SkyHelpTeam second Thursday in a row that broadband has been out while I’m trying to work late. Status checker on both counts says I’m affected by work, but that the work is in a completely different part of the country. Today says north west England. I’m in Essex, CO6 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
