@ComfortInnOcean has made an already horrible evacuation from #HurricaneIan even worse. Gail charged us 6 times after we had to leave early due to a nonfunctional A/C unit hanging out of the wall in the room. She truly had no regard for our situation or customer wellbeing/safety.

@ComfortInnOcean has made what was already an awful experience in having to evacuate from #HurricaneIan exponentially worse. The manager Gail charged my account 6 separate times after checking out early due to the nonfunctional A/C unit hanging out of the wall. Truly, awful.

Let's not forget that when the mayor of San Juan REPEATEDLY asked for help after Hurricane Maria, Trump called her 'nasty." He then visited Puerto Rico, threw paper towels at the locals, and proclaimed: "We've done a great job in Puerto Rico." Nearly 3,000 people are now dead.
