@GergelyOrosz This is classic click bait coverage on exec comp 🙄 but I don’t blame you since it’s not commonly reviewed Exec pay is highly perf based, so target pay is not the same as realized pay. Take a look at this new table in the proxy instead. The CEO “comp”decreased $213M in 2022

@samspurlin Folks assume organization = centralization. I would argue that organization manages scale, while HOW people make decisions determines “centralization”. I believe it’s possible to have organization with decentralized decision-making.

@CastleFinance Great thread! Most altcoins follow market movement of BTC/ETH. A rising tide lifts all boats. I believe relative performance measurement is a good way to protect downside risk and remove exogenous return. I explored the topic on several occasions 🫠

@nbaschez I think crypto will decouple from equities in the near future. At which point expect a potential exodus of web2 talent to web3, especially since folks can receive token incentives at a lower price / higher upside.
