@helloitsolly @SenjaHQ I'm close to become one of them due to the non-existent support responses, unfortunately. Auto-responders and fancy forms are great, but if all the issues (real bugs!) I submit just go into a black hole, it's a beyond frustrating experience.

@colebemis @NotionHQ Good one. On a related note, what is the best way as a user to report minor design issues like this to you guys? I have reported several things over time via the ticketing system, with a very low success rate of them ever getting addressed. Quite frustrating sometimes.
