@ChairmanJTS As of now #yellow has not filed bankruptcy. I would contact any supervisor or manager left there and #teamsters rep cc'd on the email formally requesting your sick and vacation time to be paid out. My guys were not terminated or officially laid off and the contract is active.
Got the call from #yellow this morning. Shut down as of 12n today with availability for #teamsters to pick up any leftover belongings 8/1. @Yellow_Trucking failed to manage the company well and @TeamsterSOB was happy to drive the nails in & ignore all pleas from members for info.
