@phuctm97 So frustrating :-: Have you tried setting a completion criteria for the task you're handing in with a /loop going for every 5mins? If you want to get sweaty add in completion hooks that feed back what the requirement and test criteria is so that it keeps checking.

@trq212 I was thinking it'd be pretty sick if init not only worked for claude.md but added in other files like decisions or architecture maybe a codemap 😅? It's doing exploration anyway.
