If you don't have an Incident Response Management process (IRM), then you can get started with the one baked into Grafana Incident. 1. Declare an incident Declare early and err on the side of transparency. Create a blameless culture that makes people feel comfortable doing this.

@ElleArmageddon Many moons ago, while working enterprise support, I didn't double check the version of hypervisor a customer was running and caused 200+ production virtual machines to restart instantly due to a known bug. "The machines all just restarted" "Huh, that's weird." ...and we moved on!

@techgirl1908 Within some bounds I suppose. Many people still just blindly hit "Accept/Yes" on all manner of dodgy looking phone apps, but this at least offers some level of increased awareness/protection, which is great.

@techgirl1908 I understand that - but this is more of a bad actor thing, if the app has access to the data at any point, they *could* copy whatever it was at the time, I can't think of a reasonable way to prevent that.
