Hey club sport athletes…I like to use logic. Just hear me out here. Skipping weight room sessions, 2-3 days prior to a showcase to feel fresh for college coaches… to impress them… and play in college…where you will lift 1-3 days before games… Makes zero sense.

We've always had SEL in schools. It was called recess, play, & classes like Music, Art, Physical Education.But they have been taken away or reduced to spend more time on testing, & then we wonder why students lack social/ emotional skills & misbehavior that come with lack of it.

Playing off of two feet can literally be the difference between a missed or turnover and a poster and/or assist. One foot can feel more natural, but it can also lead to being knocked off balance leading to blocked shots and turnovers. @_CoachJB @CoachBartLundy @QUCoachGrant
