Barely anyone seems bothered that in the future, almost nobody is going to be in good shape.

Yeah it seems to be going in one extreme or the other. More obese people than ever before, while at the same time gym memberships up. More people strength training. Going to be two classes of people fitness wise. Sadly the majority will be in the unhealthy class as things stand.
@Nate_D_Stone @CoachDaleUK Lost 50 lbs in my 40’s kept it off now since 2020. Leanest in my life the key is fasting I don’t eat until the afternoon plus weight lifting as heavy as you can 5 days a week. That’s my story plus no sugar, low carbs, no grains, high protein. That has worked for me!
