@thetrainline I've just made a booking and it's saying I need to change seats mid journey, I'm travelling with a elderly person so this will not be possible can you provide an email address so that this can be resolved?

@Tesco absolutely disgusting service from a lady called Sam in your brownhills store, trying to refuse to replace in date chicken that was clearly off and then also denying a wheelchair user access to a disabled toilet which is illegal

@FooFightersUK I feel if you had tickets to the tour that got canceled you should have been re offered your seats. Was front of the que at 9am page refreshed and sent me to the back and everything had sold out/unavailable ended up having to pay £600 for hospitality tickets.

@BubsandJacks The only down side is the amount of electricity they use but you can run them for a few minutes and the room will stay cool for a good while rather than having it on constantly

as our room temp hit over 50°c apparently nothing they could do from there air conditioned desk, the bathroom also has zero ventilation as required by uk building regulations I have never been so angry @TravelodgeUK your neglect could kill someone you should have just refunded us

Currently throwing up in @TravelodgeUK as our room is 20°c hotter than outside disgusting no ventilation in the room just a tiny desk fan and a window that literally opens 1 inch tried to speak to reception hours ago 1/2
