Stopped chasing perfect answers and started asking better questions; replies got longer, kinder, and far more useful. Trust pays in insights before it pays in cash.

Don’t slash prices to win hearts. Offer a free audit, a Loom walkthrough, or a small consult. Value trumps vouchers.

My biggest client fired me in 2023. Not because I couldn't deliver. But because I didn't communicate when I was struggling. Lesson: Your clients can handle bad news. They can't handle no news. Silence kills trust faster than failure.

Build with not for customers: monthly roundtables, a public roadmap, and voting on priorities. Participation creates protection.
