@StPancrasInt absolutely disgraceful failure to notify passengers that they must board the train 2 minutes before it leaves anywhere in the station other than at the gate through which you board the train!! Add to that incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. V. poor customer service

@thameswater Thames Water what are you playing at?? I’ve now received yet another bill in relation to this property that I do not own and have never lived in for £238.62 covering the period 22-23 July 2019 - 1 day!! I’m going direct to CC Water now!

@thameswater what on earth is going on with your processes? First you try and bill me for water supply to a property that is nothing to do with me, then you send my tenants a final bill, then you set up a new account for a complete stranger when my tenants are not moving out?!!

@CCWvoice @thameswater Hello, I am being pursued by Thames Water for the payment of the bill for the water supply to a property I don't own, have never lived in and is nothing to do with me. I have told them this several times but they still pursue me. Can you help please?

@CCWvoice @thameswater Thank you. Yes I have complained in writing and spent an hour on the phone with them this morning. I have been asked to wait 10 days for them to resolve the problem. This is as fine as long as the debt collectors they have (quite wrongly) engaged don’t turn up!

@MayorJohnBiggs The bus gate was and is a bad idea. Those local residents that have cars have them for a reason - because they need them! Closing/restricting use of one road just pushes the problem onto another road/another part of TH. Easy access to the A12 is essential for some residents.

Terrible customer service @SSE My final electricity bill has been based on the new occupier’s estimated readings and my own readings have been ignored. SSE have taken the £200+ credit I had to cover the bill which cannot be correct because the property has been empty for months!
