@Toribabieegirl Honestly just switch to a zero sugar soda once a day, that’ll fix the issue in itself. Replace what you used to consume in sugar with water. Easy fix. The problem is people aren’t willing to take care of themselves..

Everyone is so used to eating horrible foods that eating normal food is now considered “dieting”… eating 0.8-1.0 g of protein per pound of body weight should be the norm for everybody. Higher intake of carbs on training days, lower on rest days. ETC. message me for 1on1 convos🤙🏻
