@soclibforum @liberal_reform Someone who treats others with respect would recognise that they aren't 10 times as valuable as, or do 10 times the work of, the lowest paid in their company. There's no income cap in a ratio, just respect for people who are working just as hard but struggling to live.

@PolitlcsUK She thinks Plan 2 is the worst one? It's easily the best of a bad bunch. I started university at the end of Plan 1, and I WISH I had been on Plan 2. I wouldn't have paid a thing! The Lib Dems graduate tax would have been better, then the rich would have paid a fair amount.

@Sharpy_HFC @thistle_prick @LibDems Correct. Of the 7 by elections Reform have defended, they have lost nearly half, one of which was lost to the LDs. Of the 22 LD defenses, they held all but one.

We cannot allow a two-tier system where traditional broadcasters face scrutiny, while a digital giant like YouTube is allowed to mark its own homework. It's time for Ofcom to treat YouTube adverts like TV and crack down on the scam ads.

@sfosterld @LibDems @reformparty_uk I think you misunderstood my point. They ran, but they didn't win enough seats to have a serious chance at leading the councils you mentioned. That's why I brought up Cornwall, where outcome of coalition negotiations is more significant.

@sfosterld @LibDems @reformparty_uk The interesting one to watch in this regard would actually be Cornwall, where Reform edged out the Lib Dems to be largest party. Will they be competent enough to negotiate their own coalition, or will they winge while other parties find a democratic majority?

@sfosterld @LibDems @reformparty_uk Just to clarify a little, the councils mentioned elected Lib Dems as the largest party, and Reform weren't in the running to lead them. Saying they formed coalitions to keep Reform out is the same language Reform uses to claim "dodgy backroom deals".
