@jmrphy @bdmarotta The big bio on him is excellent I thought and partly because his life was far more interesting than his fiction is in isolation. His life had many interludes and chapters that I had no idea about.

@kendallhosseini I think there’s more evidence in there to the argument that Connor is the most normal and kindest and human Roy and at some level Logan knew that. He seems to have low key given Connor more $ and attention without strings attached than the others.

@robvato I still remember being on a reporting trip near another border close to Calexico, sitting in my roadside motel at night, watching footage of US tanks and Bradleys rolling across the desert into Iraq, unable to shake off disbelief that the Pentagon/White House pulled the trigger

Seems like the group that might be most impacted by new wave of AI are ... interns 😢 Many tasks interns do are "hard to automate/scale," but "repetitive/boring," and "low/medium need for domain expertise." That's where the new tools seem to do well. Are interns doomed?
