@BinanceHelpDesk @cz_binance Yes I tried to seek help with chat support but they have no clarity on the issue. This was my 4-year-old Binance account. Never had such issue in it. And now suddenly I cant withdraw my funds from it. Support says they dont know how long it will be like this. Its shocking!

@NoahBPerlman @cz_binance A week ago my Binance account got restricted and withdrawals have been paused. I didn’t do any unusual transaction lately and Binance support is not helping either. All my operations are paused. Didn’t expect to feel so helpless with Binance for 4 years

After sending you the DM, I received an email from Mercury, it says the amount of $15,351 has been sent to my business address as a check. I want to clarify that I had $30,000 in my bank account not $15,351. The amount of $14,700 is MISSING. @immad @mercury

@immad @withpriyajain @mercury I have not been asked for any clarification by Mercury for any single transaction so I don’t know on what ground the lock was put. It’s so mentally devastating. I am a small business owner and my business has zero cash reserves now so can’t pay suppliers, they’re demanding money

I am a legit business owner and all my transactions were well invoiced and with consent of payment from the buyer on email.

Crazy how @mercury didn’t even respond to this. A person had $30k in his bank. Mercury suddenly put the account under review. Closed it citing internal reasons that can’t be explained Refused to pay entire $30k closing bank balance. @immad

All they'll do is raise another ticket only to add up to 100 more similar tickets raised previously with no resolution. #FlipkartFraud
