Made a 3d model of our stage and our pillars that we will be using for our sets!

My almost impossible dream? To own a theater that has classrooms on the sides for homeschoolers to spend their afternoons working in the arts.
Most of my students don’t actually know that many musicals. This year I’m hosting a few movie nights to watch musicals they haven’t seen yet. I’m thinking of watching Oliver for our first one.
Spent a good chunk of time yesterday creating a flow chart of responsibilities for my class. I have several students from my set design class that will fulfill these roles, but parent volunteers will handle the rest. In the past I’ve done the majority of this myself!
I have 31 students this year and my goal is to get them as much stage time as possible without overloading the scenes. #newsiesatmra
